We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in a charming village setting. The location was perfect, with delightful cobbled lanes and medieval houses creating a unique atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was quirky yet comfortable, with a very good bathroom and shower. We also appreciated the private lock up parking, ensuring the safety of our car.

Quiet and beautiful old chateax in centre of Collias
Room had an outdoor terrace with no view - just high walls. the furnishings in the room were worn. the shower (no bath) was small, dark and soaked the floor with every use. the gourmet dinner was too ornate/fussy/serious for the size and scale of hotel.

Locality
Staff border line rude - ridiculously expensive restaurant. Impossible to enjoy a late night drink as staff refused to serve us . Bathroom in our supposedly 'Superior Double room' was actually open to the bedroom and the room itself incredibly basic.

The restaurant offered an amazing dining experience. The menu was original and interesting, and dishes were superbly presented. All staff were friendly, very professional, knowledgeable and helpful regarding menu choices and wines. Our family will not forget the wonderful meal we savoured at this hotel. Our rooms were spacious and well appointed and each had a private outdoor area. Secure car parking was an additional bonus.

Spacious room; excellent though pricey Michelin two-star restaurant; secure and accessible parking; several kilometers to autoroute.
Constrained village views from room; no alternative restaurants nearby

The hotel gave me access to a private and secure parking lot. the breakfast terrace had a beautiful view of a nearby attraction.
The room I was assigned was slightly cramped and lacked a good source of lighting. the main attractions were a bit further away than advertised.

Spent Christmas here and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The room was nicely decorated with festive touches, and the hot chocolate offered in the lobby was a nice addition. The location near the river and town center was convenient for exploring.
The service was underwhelming and the breakfast was overpriced for the limited selection offered. Would not recommend this hotel for a special occasion or holiday stay.

Parking space is far from hotel and narrow in despite of countryside. The room is very traditional and stylish, but humid and dark. The terrace of restaurant is very wonderful, but swimming poor is too small. In terms of restaurant diiner, the cheapest menu is 62 euro per person. Meal was very fancy and beautiful, but taste was not suprising. I think it's too expensive for evaluation of overall quality.

We loved the charming ambiance of this hotel in a lovely French village. The location was perfect for exploring the area, including the nearby church. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. We appreciated the complimentary parking and easy transportation.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Located near a river, this hotel's pool area is a great spot to relax, though closed during meal hours. Rooms are beautiful, with balconies and spacious size, one with view of stunning flowers. Staff are friendly and helpful, with great English. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely with a delicious express option. There's a French restaurant nearby.
The hotel restaurant takes priority over hotel guests, resulting in awkwardness with requests that could be easily accommodated in-room.
